At Rural People Ltd, we specialise in finding the right people for the right farms. Founded by owner/operator Paula Hems, who brings nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Rural People grew out of her passion for supporting the New Zealand dairy industry.

Working as a team we combine industry knowledge, personal care, and a genuine commitment to both farmers and candidates. For us, ‘team’ means more than just ourselves; it includes the employers we partner with and the candidates we support, working closely with both to ensure the perfect match.
